What Might We Explore?
You might come with a decision you've been avoiding, a business you want to create, a relationship you want to change, or a life that looks successful but doesn't feel fulfilling.
We might examine a belief you've lived with for decades, practice a conversation you're afraid to have, discover what you really want, or create a completely new way of approaching something in your life.
I help people listen to themselves and act on their own instincts.
I work with people individually, in two-hour conversations.
Two hours gives us room to explore what you really, really want, question what you assume to be true, learn to love what is true, and create what you want to create.
I'll tell you what I see, and I'll listen when you see it differently.

Your conversations. Your pace.
We can meet weekly, monthly, or every couple of months. There is no required schedule and no expiration date on unused conversations while I continue my coaching practice. We schedule each conversation when it works for both of us.
Sessions take place privately by phone or Zoom. Scheduling, payment, and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before we begin.
Coaching vs. Therapy
Therapy and coaching are different forms of support. Neither is a better version of the other.
Therapy, provided by a qualified mental-health professional, can help people understand and work through emotional difficulties, trauma, and mental-health conditions. It can include clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
Coaching is a collaborative relationship centered on what you want to create in your life. We explore your goals, choices, beliefs, and ways of responding to the world. We work toward meaningful changes in how you live and what you do.
Our conversations may include experiences from your past, but coaching is not psychotherapy. I do not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions, and coaching is not a substitute for mental-health care. Coaching and therapy can complement each other very well.
